Ask about the best Laksa in Seremban, we were recommended to this Restaurant Asia Laksa. Located nearby the Rahang post office, it was quite easy to find. The restaurant's signage is a bit blur but still can read it well. Understand that there were 2 same restaurants owned by same siblings. One is at Senawang and the other will be at Jalan Rahang. We went to the Jalan Rahang's then after fetching my sis from Labu, Seremban.
We ordered wet Laksa or Laksa Sup (RM3.80) purely with bihun saja. We like the taste of the sup as the owner uses less coconut. Added with is the chicken, cockles, beansprouts, tofu puffs and hard boiled egg. We drink every little bit of the sup till the bowl went dry.
The combination of the spicy chilli paste and curry makes the Laksa perfect. In fact, we were a bit pai seh (ashamed), cos we asked the generous owner to refill the Chili paste few times.
Besides, we also order the dry laksa (RM3.80). The taste a different from the wet laksa. This we ordered bihun campur yellow noddle. The differences is, there is pork shred. Not bad the taste.
We definitely will re-visit to the restorant next time
